Technical Courses on RELAP 5 code, phase 2

The Non-Destructive Examination Training and Certification Facility at the National Taras Shevchenko University of Kyiv shall provide training, training facilities, computers and services as required to conduct the Technical Courses on Introduction to RELAP 5 code to be presented in Kyiv, Ukraine, by Kyiv State University.
The participants involved obtained a certificate of according to the National Ukrainian Sample.
Technical Courses on RELAP 5 code, phase 1

National Scientific Center of Ukraine "Kharkiv Institute of Physics and Technology" (NSC KIPT) and its Scientific -Technical Complex "Nuclear Fuel Cycle" is involved in the alternative fuel certification program managed by Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL). NSC KIPT requested training of their specialists in US Thermal Hydraulic code, RELAP 5/Mod 3.
The Plant Safety Evaluation component of the International Nuclear Safety Program (INSP) managed by Argonne National Laboratory (ANL) provided similar training workshops to Ukrainian organizations involved in In-Depth Safety Assessment projects. Many specialists, including specialists of Kyiv State University, have been trained who are now active participants of Ukrainian ISA projects.
National Taras Shevchenko University of Kyiv developed training materials, tests, and computer exercises and conducted the RELAP 5 Workshop for NSC KIPT.
The course was presented in two phases tentatively scheduled as follows: Phase 1 - 14.01-24.01; Phase 2 - 29.01 - 8.02.
